Ordered catering for a Doctors office, was feeding 17 people, ordered 4 different entree platters, meant to serve "4-6 people each". By the time 6 people made their plates of lunch, almost all of the food was gone!!! I had to re order another two platters, complete with 4 more sides. So if you average it out, 6 entrees platters, at 5 people per platter= 30 people. Only 15 people were able to eat lunch today. No leftovers either. If you are wanting to use Ruby Tuesdays to cater, don't. Or if you do, order THREE times the amount you should. And these are medical professionals, not athletes or High School boys who eat their weight in food daily. These are people who count calories and eat proper sized portions. This lack of food, and my having to order more, leaving the office I drove 3 hours to get to for this appointment, caused me to miss my appointment.

Great for a burger!! Everything else is meh. Chilis is better in every way. The service we had today at lunch during a very slow Tuesday, was super slow. I was there with 2 kids, ages 6 & 4 and there was no urgency to get them anything or move towards and end to the lunch. It took forever to get EVERY SINGLE THING. We went about 4 weeks ago on Saturday night. The service was incredible. Food was yummy, but portions to value ratio sucked. We even had coupons...still wasn't worth it. I Won't be going back anytime soon. If you have other options choose those.

We have been here several times over the last couple years. The last 2 times have been not that good. The burgers are fine, which is what my husband orders. However, this last time I ordered the Seafood Trio plate and it came out with the raggiest looking crab cake I have ever seen. It also had no Remoulade sauce. I sent it back. Several minutes later the manager came out with the plate redone minus the crab cake. I politely told him to take the whole thing back to the kitchen as I did not want the food any longer. To me, eating in a restaurant is a social experience. By this time, my family was almost done with their meal. Something as poorly cooked and presented as the Seafood trio was should never have made it to my table. Don't have food on the menu if you can't cook it properly. We will no longer be going to this restaurant.

Good food but service extremely slow. Waiter was on another planet. I am used to wait staff wanting to turn tables so they could maximize tips. But this guy content on having us sit all night?

Great food and service. Ask for Linda the manager. She will take good care of you. We are from Maine and every visit to Port Saint Lucie means a visit to Ruby Tuesday.

The occasional times we've been here at the PSL location, we've done curb-side pick-up (heading back home, since this was a road trip to visit family). The food was prepared fast and tasty, and a much healthier alternative to Burger King before hitting the road.

Check your steak, check your steak! Twice it came out over cooked and perfectly raw in the middle. How?? Grill is too hot, that's how! We both agree this location has gone down hill over the past ten years. We used to eat here all of the time but as food and service changed we stopped going. Lately we have returned until we realized we were, consecutively, getting the same past results. On the third try, after speaking with the manager, the steak came out perfect unfortunately after we were finished with supper. The manager said she stood there and watched them cook it. Really? That's sad. It will be awhile before we give them a try again.

I love this Ruby Tuesday's...the service has always been amazing, the prices are reasonable and their drinks are delicious! My boyfriend and I usually go here when there's a coupon because we love the salad bar as well as the fresh food that isn't usually found at a chain restaurant. The staff is great..very friendly and accommodating. The drinks are made well and not watered down like they are at other places. I highly recommend this location!

If you like waiting for service then go here. We sat at a high top in the bar area and waited for a server. Then we waited for our drink order. It is fortunate they have a self service salad bar because otherwise we would have starved. Our entrees arrived late and we had to request refills and the check from our server. Overall not a good experience when there are other options nearby.

One of the best places to eat on the Treasure Coast. Like all Ruby's they have the best salad bar in town. The food is good but the prices seem to be rising every time we go. I have eaten there more than 20 times and it is always consistently clean, well-run, and well prepared.

Friendly and fairly prompt service here. Most of our meals were prepared with fresh ingredients, although several pieces of salad and raw veggies appeared to have frozen, rendering them inedible. Servings were ample but not ridiculously huge. Burgers are big and juicy, quite flavorful. The salad bar appears to be interesting, though we didn't partake of that. And atmosphere is typical of any Ruby Tuesday, cheerful but not over the top in decor with a quiet, pleasant ambiance. No loud music or freezing temperatures, so you can relax with your meal as well as hold a private conversation with your table mates. All in all, this is a decent place to eat in St. Lucie West.

The only decent thing in this restaurant is the salad bar service has always been AWFUL ! They really need to train their waitress to have better customer service because so far we have had the worst experiences rude, etc ! The food was very medicore burger was served sloppy and jambalaya pasta dish was drier than our waitress personality. The manager is great but he needs to make sure to hire better class people.

Good food service is the major down fall. Managers sold gift cards, collected money and then handed us gift certificates instead of gift cards so when we came in tonight with a gift certificate that was given to my son he couldn't use it. Frustrating that the manager on duty didn't even take to time to address the issue and just left the waitress to look like the bad guy. I'll think twice about coming back. Especially if buying a gift card

This was the worst service I've had in quite some time. Sad to say a place I normally enjoy had such pitiful servers. Manager was helpful but, didn't overcome the terrible experience. Most likely won't be back to this Ruby Tuesday's.

CLEANLINESS: The floors were so slippery from all the oil and even the CARPET was oily, slippery and disgusting. Seriously!? I had rubber soles shoes. SEATING: We were a party of three, the place was empty (that should have been the first clue we shouldn't have come here) so I guess they figured a booth for two ppl was ok for a party of three. FOOD: The burger my husband ordered was cold with no cheese as was requested and fries were extremely cold. I ordered the chicken bella and the chicken had no flavor. The artichokes were not thoroughly cooked either. They normally will serve four little rolls before the meal arrives and the waitress said she'd bring those right out. Never did. When we asked she said there were no more rolls for the night. I will not be returning to this Ruby Tuesdays. STAFF: When I excused myself to go the the restroom the kitchen staff was running all over the place clearly wanting to leave quickly even though it was still an hour till closing time. Explains why the cleanliness and mediocre food!
